Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates
- Australia — Standard: $7.95 AUD
- Australia — Express: $11.89 AUD
- International — Standard: $13.99 AUD flat, worldwide
Final shipping charges and any free-shipping offers are calculated and displayed at checkout. International customers may see prices in their local currency.
Delivery Times
- Australia Standard: 5–8 business days after dispatch
- Australia Express: 2–4 business days after dispatch
- International: typically 10–20 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs processing
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide — occasional carrier or customs delays can extend these windows, and we appreciate your patience if they do.
Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched, and you can follow it door to door.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, any customs or import charges levied by your country are the responsibility of the customer. Most book shipments do not attract duties, but rules vary by country.
