Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Foundry. If you're not happy, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original, resellable condition — unused and undamaged.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty (for example, a book damaged in transit or with printing defects), please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law — you are always entitled to a remedy for products that are faulty or not as described.
